After decades of locally helping new students and postdoctoral scholars from India to find good research fits and settle down in the US, we thought that its time to scale-up and help a larger community. We have thus joined hands to bring our network of friends and their friends, thriving in various disciplines, to share the years of knowledge that exists among us with the expectation that the new generation could go farther than we did, with lesser adversities than we faced. Although each of our mentors have unique journeys and lives, they have one thing in common - resilience. Success did not come in easy to any of them and each of  them have the scars to show and stories to share - stories that has the power  to change your lives and help you rediscover yourself. Looking back, we cannot help but wonder, how much better our lives could have been if we had a mentor network that leveled the playing field. So join us and help us, help you.
